Cricket Mania Strikes CodeWeek

by Admin on November 18, 2009

Our teams are ready for the battleground. The Cricket Mania continues

Just because they spend hours and hours on computers, it doesn’t mean that they lack spirit for sports. Programmers, coders and software giants made their mark on the battleground this weekend. All that matters here is how many runs they make and how many wickets they take. There are loads of people out there who wish to be in their place and this war of bats and balls provoked both brilliance and excitement.

Let The Battle Begin

Let The Battle Begin

The battle fought with will and skills continue in every locality.  Starting from streets of Karachi to the lush green ground of Gaddafi Stadium of Lahore. From national to international tournaments. Cricket has been an all time favorite sport for the nation of Pakistan. It does not matter what strata of society you belong to, Cricket Revolution is a never ending fever. This weekend CodeWeek was struck by Cricket Mania.

CodeWeek: All Set For The Victory

CodeWeek: All Set For The Victory

A friendly match between four teams, of Software Professionals, was considered as a practice for the upcoming national tournaments. But the four teams fought with all their might as if they were ready to win the , pressurizing each other with double and triple runs, fours and sixers, white and no-balls.

As the time moved forward the match became more dangerous and exciting. It was definitely a very exciting game not only for the teams but also for the families who were there to enjoy it. Exhibiting positive energies in an aggressive manner, our Software pro teams can easily blow away anyone that comes in their way. The spirit in which these software professionals embraced the event made their audience crave for fours and sixes every passing minute.

The revolution continues while the teams gather their strength for the next battlefield. The sporting spirits have been stretched and the cricket fighters are building their strength for the emphatic victory on the national ground, as the time comes near. We wish best of luck to all those who have who have been fighting very hard and competing to score. May the best win.
