To unlock your iphone, you need to have your iPhone jailbroken first. Once you have gone through the jailbreaking process, you can follow the given instructions to unlock your iPhone.
1- Go to Setting, then General and then Network. Select the option to turn off 3G. Now Turn on Data Roaming from Network.
2- Now go to settings and then Wifi to access any Wifi network which is available to use.

5- Open the Cydia back and click on Manage and then Sources. To add a new source, click on Edit button on right top corner and then click Add at top left corner.
6- A URL pop-up field will appear which will ask for the URL address for the source to add. Here, add the URL of the source you are using as an unlock software for your iPhone. Say it is host999.mysamplesourceaddress.com. Enter this URL into the URL pop-up field and then click on Add Source.
7- Your iPhone will refresh all the sources. Click on the Done button on top right corner.
8- Click on name of the application you just added in the sources and then click on install. It will ask you to confirm the installation, click on the Confirm button.
9- Now the application will get installed. A screen will ask you to Return to Cydia.
10- Go back to Cydia.
11- Click on Home button and turn off your iPhone.
12- Now, turn your phone on and put a SIM card into it to test whether the phone has been successfully unlocked or not.
13- If it is not unlocked yet, turn off the mobile again and On it again with the same SIM card inside. Your iPhone will catch the signals soon and will get unlocked.
