“Marketing Your Product or Technology Online with Google” was the topic of Google-P@SHA workshop organized by Google Pakistan, in partnership with P@SHA, on January 29, 2010.
Badar Khushnood, Pakistan Consultant for Google, made a very lucid presentation on this topic. The aim of Google-P@SHA workshop was to change the trend of marketing form push marketing to pull marketing. This trend only can be change through Adword Google advertisement Program. This is very economical in cost but effective in performance you can start advertisement with $ 1.00 per day.
Badar Khushnood displayed some facts together with a video, “Did You Know
4.0″ stating why Internet Marketing is important ? I must say that this video developed so many marketers interest in online marketing. Badar showed us facts and figure about Net searches and grow of internet user in different countries, we feel so proud that Pakistan has ranked 4th in Internet User Net Addiction with 18 million users, 11% of the population, whereas Pakistan is ranked in top 3 in the Mobile Subscriber Net Addiction.
Google consultant also showed us correct use of Inbound and Outbound tools and a good appropriate design will make your online presence effective. There was a surprise guest from KARACHI named Fariha Aktar ,a software engineer and a blogger . she blogs at www.ideashut.com.she did live blogging about the event. Adnan Ali ,Ceo CLickChain was also there who shared some informative details about the Adwords. Besides him ,Naeem Zafar ,Ceo Sofizar ,Shameem Akhtar ,President Women Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Amer Sarfaraz ,Ceo Bramerz, Rafaeel Akbar 
,Ceo Evion Technologies and Usman Latif ,Seo Manager at LiveAdmins etc were present at the event.
In short we found this meeting so informative and P@SHA provided us a chance to socialize among ourselves as P@SHA ever do by bringing people of different expertise together. I think this a good way to develop personal contact because personal contacts can play a major role in marketing.
At the start of the event Badar and Jehan Ara [ President ,P@SHA] announced that Imran Zia, Former Chairman P@SHA is now Managing Director of Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB). We congratulate him on this, so we wish him good luck.

Its good to hear that p@sha organized this very informational meeting. But really I want to be a part of meeting where Badar Khushnood sahib present. So how may I know about these events.
i met Badar khushnood a couple of times and yes he is an inspiring personality for youngsters.
