What else do you need? If your desired domain name is already taken and is on its way towards expiry or is being sold, just have a look at the traffic it has. All you have to do is to get a PR boost without any hard work at any point. You can easily start a new site with an old domain; everything is all set from before.

Nice article. But I was also looking at the bottom of the article for resources and their introductions like Google Page Rank script/services, backOrdering, Domain Monitoring, Discounted Domain Name clubs, famous names in the expired domain name industry (yes, its an industry).

how can i found the expire domains?
Nice article but little late as already posted in comments. It is not easy to find an expiring domain with good reputation let alone grab it. There are many people eying domains with good traffic, you may need to pay some extra bucks to get the domain (domain back order).
On different forums you can find expiring domains or even people are selling them. But most of those domains have bad reputation in SEO perspective.
good article but how can one find “near to expire” domains also the rate of buying and selling for an average domain…???
